Policies- Our standard Cancellation Policy is 14 days prior to arrival, cottages are 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 14 days, there is no cancellation, unless otherwise specified by reservationist. During Special Events or Group bookings there may be a 45-60 day cancellation notice. Please note: There is a 10% of deposit service fee once your reservation has been processed, no matter when you cancel your reservation.
